The longest recorded gospel conversation happens at Jacob’s well between Jesus and a Samaritan woman.  We live in an age in which people look to all sorts of “false wells” to satisfy their needs. In a conversation filled with both conviction and compassion, we learn how Jesus broke with convention in order to show her the “living water” she was seeking.
