The Preschool Ministry at The Church at Lockeland Springs believes parents are the primary disciplers of their children—and we are your partners in that process. That’s why, each week, we create a safe, fun, and creative environment for your preschoolers to learn about God.
We want children to value coming to church! Each Sunday, your children can gather with others in their age group for Bible lessons and fun activities. Learn more about what to expect on a Sunday morning below.
Preschool worship care & Groups
Sundays | 9:15 & 10:30 AM
Birth – Kindergarten
Please RSVP your children each week for worship care and groups by noon on Thursdays.
Preschoolers (ages birth–kindergarten) can attend worship care and age-appropriate groups while parents are in LIFE groups and worship service. Teachers prepare for lessons using a curriculum called The Gospel Project from LifeWay Christian Resources. Each age group participates in learning activities based on a central Bible teaching and a Bible story based on their level of understanding. Parents will also receive a take-home page designed to help them reinforce the biblical message throughout the week!
Check-in stations are conveniently situated immediately as you walk into our courtyard entrance. From there, one of our Children’s ministry workers will assist you in safely checking in your child.
