We want children to value coming to church! Each Sunday, your children can gather with others in their age group for Bible lessons and fun activities. Learn more about what to expect on a Sunday morning below.
Preschoolers (ages birth–pre-k) can attend worship care and age-appropriate groups while parents are in LIFE groups and worship service. Teachers prepare for lessons using a curriculum called The Gospel Project from LifeWay Christian Resources. Each age group participates in learning activities based on a central Bible teaching and a Bible story based on their level of understanding. Parents will also receive a take-home page designed to help them reinforce the biblical message throughout the week!
Check-in stations are conveniently situated immediately as you walk into our courtyard entrance. From there, one of our Children’s ministry workers will assist you in safely checking in your child.
We value the protection of your child. That’s why we hired MinistrySafe in 2021 to reinforce and enhance our policies and procedures regarding abuse. We thoroughly vet our staff and volunteers, as well as require background checks and child abuse prevention trainings. Through our Code of Conduct, leaders commit to live by God’s Word and follow His standards for holiness, living above reproach in their actions and attitudes.
For all emergencies, our teams are equipped with detailed plans for weather-related events (such as fires or tornados), power outages, and active intruders.
