Student Ministry Retreat

Join us for Student Retreat where we will have worship, Bible study, and many opportunities of fellowship. You don’t want to miss this Student Ministry experience!

Camp Widjiwagan
Cost: $65 per student
Cost includes lodging, transportation, all meals, a T-shirt, and activities at camp.

Schedule:
Friday, April 28: Meet at The Church at Lockeland Springs at 4:00 p.m. for check in.
Saturday, April 29: Pick up at The Church at Lockeland Springs at 4:00 p.m.

REQUIRED FORMS

Please complete and turn in the following forms to your campus student ministry office no later than Sunday, April 23. You can email a copy of your student’s insurance card to Brooke Todd at [email protected].

REQUIRED PAPERWORK FOR EACH STUDENTS and LEADERS:

• Camp Widjiwagan Release
• 2023 Student Medical Release Form UPDATED 9.26.22 (Copy of insurance card required. It can be emailed to [email protected]– please list student’s full name and grade level in email OR a physical copy can be brought to the church office.)

• 2023 Adult Release Form UPDATED 12.13.22 (Copy of insurance card required. It can be emailed to [email protected] – please list leader’s full name and grade level in email OR a physical copy can be brought to your campus student ministry office.)

OTHER FORMS:

• 2023 Medication Form – if your student has medication.
• 2023 EPIPEN Form – if your student has an EPIPEN this form is required.
